Escape from Snow - Stay a villa in Bali

Since Bali become world class holiday destination, travelers still keep Bali as their Holiday Destination. I am not sure if a traveler doesn't know about Bali - The Island of Gods, deeper Bali is more popular than Indonesia.
In July to August, Australians move to Bali to escape from winter, sleeping at one of the warmest bedroom villa in Bali. They assume that Bali is their second home and It is true. Government statistic showed that Australians set on the first ranking visitors. When the temperature goes down, You can see them anywhere and any places.
The biggest question for me is Why Europeans didn't move to Bali and rent a villa for their escape from super snow storm? All I know are 23 hours sitting on the plane is bored activity and flight cancellation create no access to Bali.
One of our guests, rented a villa in Seminyak, said that I can't image that sitting 23 hours on jet plane and sleep at hotel in Bali. Villa is more private and has anything for stay relax. Swim on my own pool, dine at on my own dinning table, cook at my own kitchen, has private staffs and more. You can't get those if you book a hotel in Bali.
Indonesia and of course Bali itself has good weather, cold but not coldest - hot but not hottest and no snow in Bali. That is Bali, higher prestigious than Thailand as South East Asian Popular Destination

Return from long long holiday in Bali

Since I move to Bali and worked at Ubud Bali at 2008, I have less time for leisure and share my idea at this portal. I was busy at day and got tiring at night and loss my USD in internet.

I have my own motivation why I choice the Job;

• I don't have many real friends. All of friends of mine is unreal and they are in internet. We communicated and talked through internet. It means, sometimes I didn't talk with someone in a whole day.
• I must crawl my partnership and relationship because in the future I need them as my partner
• Finding legalize Job. In Indonesia, If you dont have real job, means you are unemployment...

WORK FROM HOME MOM

Last week, friends came to Bali to vacation here in Bali. The earlier plan is visit my place Flores to see the whale hunting in Lamalera. Bali is their destination point. Some days in Bali they took to visit any amazing place in Bali, especially visit the beautiful and taste the salt in Kuta Beach. Nice Play Nicholas. But present place is visit Lombok Island and now there are there in Lombok. They would like to climb the Rinjani Mountain.

When they were here, we talked about many topics especially about Today Helium Topic the relevancy of God in Present world and How to make money online. Nice Topic! The first topic about the relevancy of Today God hadn’t no conclusion because we had different opinion. But the second topic about How to make money online is the important topic because the topic will give money in realize; but the first topic doesn’t give money in realize; only a confused topic and has no truth answer.
Nicholas was very interesting about the Online Money topic. I said and explain about the blogger community and the tools to make money online. He said that blogger isn’t popular in Belgium because of logical reason, Labor work hour. In Belgium, there is a gap between unskilled labor with salary in the first one and the good reason why blogger isn’t popular there are little advertisers or online company that available in Belgium.

I went deeper about European Blogger that Most Moms in European called them as WORK FROM HOME MOM. Then he said to money, it is impossible for Germany and England MOMS to do that but the fact isn’t work in Belgium. Why? He put the correct answer that in Belgium, MOMS didn’t worry about their kids because of Belgium has secure places for children. While MOMS aren’t worry about their kids, MOMS will work longer (higher hours work), so MOMS have no time to enter online internet to make money.

I just want to say that MOMS activities in online internet are dependent on their time to take care their kids in home. If Belgium is save place for children; why not moms take more hours to work? Different opinion is if their husbands don’t have enough income for their family, I sure, the decision for MOMS to go labor force is realistic into ways; work in real world job or make money online from home. The main factor to pick which one the best is their kids.

Give a praise when necessary

Behaviors when we were teens and behaviors in working environment are two different types. I agree with the Positive Feedback article, that we have old tradition when we give a positive trackback to our friend, worker partner, to our staff from our boss. Positive feedback told that when we were young, we only praised or gave positive statement when one of your friends did something stupid things.

I have an opinion; because of teen’s environment, we have no basic personality or individuality, and at the era, we still find it anytime. At the era, we also try to show our integrity to somebody and to show the world who we are. Positive feedback didn’t give us the reason why we did praise to friends when stupid action happened. Positive feedback only told our teenagers phenomena and no objective case, only general look.

When one friend gave wrong answer from teacher’s question, we laughed in the class even tomorrow and anytime we remembered. Once again, that is true, if no positive praise from friends when we did wrong action and no positive applause when we did correct action. Children still is naughty boys and still keep the memory. They will happy when stupid things do. They only need a praise and the unfortunately, the praise will come if wrong action is made.

In working environment, we can’t do like we were. Why? Because in business (working environment) if we do wrong or bad things, our company will gain bad result, and this opinion isn’t included in positive feedback article. Company (Boss) hopes we still do best in order to get positive correlation with company image.

So when we do best doing, Boss or friends give us applause or praise. Otherwise, necessary correction is taken when we did wrong job but no punishment inside the necessary correction. We don’t want our staff down too long if we took some punishment against his/her wrong job, because we pay them monthly and that is huge money.

$ USD Resurrection!

Dollar has won against EURO and JPY (Yen Japan) at Thursday 13th June local time (American time zone), Euro declined to 1.5435 from 1.5554 at New York Stock Exchange. Against Japan Yen, Dollar raised to 107.91 JPY from 106.96 JPY. Increasing on Dollar was caused by positive retail sales data and investors and speculators were waiting the G8 finance ministers meeting results.

Based on the retail sales report, American retail sales increased 1.0 percent on May. Government has already been cut the tax on property and some items, and the impact is clear, pushed demand side (consumers) to consume. Time lag took several months after cutting on interest and taxes.

We live in the real world, natural world where we are living with rules. In real world we get two types of people. Honest and Dishonest, Gentleman and Loser, Bad and Good Men, Naughty and Respectful Men, Boys and Girls, Love and Beloved, Employee and Employer and many more. All of us live together around us. We have third party, called as government to protect our lives, to protect our property and our human rights. Government (Our state) covers us from criminal action against us, to make sure that their citizens are saved without any bad treatments.

When a city is called Criminal City because of high percentage on this population is criminal and crimes are highly happened in that city. Although there are good men in this town, the treatment is change, the city is still Criminal Town because based on some significant researches, percentage of crime in a time. The judgment has been blown by authority (government and the police department) and all good men in crime city do nothing. Good men also blacklist because of their neighbors is criminal.

In judgment decision makers, a policy will taken if majority are sure or more than 50 percent are sure. Democracy is the name.

Internet has the same world with real world. There are Good and Bad Men, Spam and No–Spam (Honest) Blog, Employee and Employer, Love and Beloved, and more. As well as real world, internet has third party (policy and TDL) who covers us from criminal in internet. Internet has become a new continental beside 5 continental in real world.

We also have the same opinion. If Internet city is claimed as SPAMMING it means high percentage of the event are going to crime actions. The internet policemen have the same role with real policemen, try to protect and catch the naughty boys who disturbing their neighbors’ activity in internet.

I found a quite well different between Real World and Internet World (Cyber World) that is rate of cleverness (CLEVERNESS RATE).

Because of internet needs a special knowledge to understand, we can say Internet World covers more clever people than real world. So in Cyber (Internet) is special place for them who have some internet knowledge. Many people in real world has no internet access, has no knowledge to enter internet.

Clever Cyber People can use this knowledge for bad purposes and good purposes. Yeah, this is the point I mean. They do SPAM trick to be rich with instant and shortcut methods, they cut the process to be rich, the use their clever brain for crime.

Short Summary

The question is raised in my mind, Do we claim that in Sodom (crime city) has no good men? Do we claim all of them as Spammer?

Does Amazon have real storage for his products?

This post/article is my confusing about online shopping. Real Store/Shopping has real storage, How about online shopping? Does Online Shopping has too (real storage).

First–both real and online store has real address for office and administration process or for business license. So when found an online business and hasn’t real office, don’t do believe that. This is the main way to prove, that the online business is real or not! Second–Amazon as an largest online shopping catalog also has real office as their symbol business. Others online shopping has too. They are believable business. The question was confused me. Does Amazon have real storage for products? Or Does Amazon’s catalog is only table/excel format in harddisk?

When we buy a product from Amazon or from others online shopping, does they sent from their real storage or they took from third party and then send to us. Does Amazon or others online shopping are big brokers? And when buy something, Amazon then link to their partner’s product and then Amazon just take commission from their partners?

When we registered Amazon affiliate program, the rules is clear, we got commission when the product is brought out. Amazon just gets commission from brought products. Amazon just a place for supplier (advertisers) to promote and sell their products there; it sounds like Amazon is Big marketplace for demand and supply interaction. I wish my problem cleared. Does anybody tell me that Amazon has real storage or not? other option, Amazon and others online shopping are only marketplace for demand and supply interaction.

Continued Passive income means certain income next month

The second type in Passive income is we still work daily but we know our next month income. Let me say an example, Bloggers invest to build their free domain or paid domain, then they submit to sell links advertisers, When sold link showed on their website, they know they next month income from now but they still work to care the link, perhaps advertisers don’t stop to setup their link in Bloggers Websites. But Bloggers have time to get second job as their main job or whatever. People sometime thinking that their main job can’t fulfill their monthly financial needs so they think to find second job but it sounds like an part-time job but they don’t need focus on it. They just invest the money and then their money gives the commission. They can’t let it work alone; they must spend little time to control the part-time business.

The real example on daily life is we invest for rent-building. While the building has been rent, we get money from our investment but we have and still take time to control the building.

That is I mean to both passive income. First, while passive income continues give us money, we still control or care it but the second, we do nothing, just build the investment till the business ready to give money then we do nothing. Every month or year money comes to us while we stay at home, gardening, care home or vacation around the world, money still sent to us.

Which one do you choose? To me, I prefer the second one, do nothing at home and money still flows to me but in my realize I will choose the first one, Passive income from my second job (part-time job) but I have less time to control the business, because the business is working and I just control it.

Most people are belonged this idea. Fix income in each month will make their consumption pattern uncertainly, so they know well about the next consumption, what we consume next month has been known.

Passive income is also the best way to human. Passive income is described as sum of income received without next month effected by our investment in the past or investment or working in previous month). Passive income came from previously investment on several or a business, so while our business is working itself, we get income from the business

I found there are two types of passive income.

Investment or build our business in the past and we get passive income without working anymore. This type covers to buying stocks in stock market on a public company and affiliate program in online business or real business. The main characteristic on this type is we don’t need work anymore after the business has build and worked. We buying stock and stay at home, and we gain income in months or years. Both online and real affiliate program are also covered on this type. Our Branch works for us, we work for our up line, and down line work to us. But when we arrive in save point, we don’t need work anymore. Another affiliate type in this passive income type is we get commission when down line do something.

Special technique when I was writing

Before I tell my special technique in writing, teach by my teacher when I was Senior High School, I would like to make a parable, metaphor about this.

My friend had a unique technique when he ate. He bent down his face, seen his plate with food inside and start to eat without upward his face. He just ate till all food in his plate cleared. That’s all. He told that he must focus and concentrated in everything include eating. If you concentrate, whatever how much your breakfast, lunch and dinner, all food will be cleared up.

The case is happened to us when we learned or read a book. How did we understand faster? The only one is raised; we have concentrated on it and didn’t think about anything except our book we read, don’t you!

My teacher was right. I used the same case to upgrade our writing talent. He had some best tools and I remembered two tools till now because it worked to me;

1. Don’t upward your face. If you start to write, just write anything. Don’t think about others. Let your ideas flows to your pen. Don’t stop writing and don’t upward your face, and don’t look around. If you not focus, your story (writing) and idea will useless and have no correlation to each paragraph.
2. Don’t read your story before you finish your writing. This is working best to me till now. If you make error in grammar, don’t correct it, let it be. You must correct your grammar error in next step, Spelling and Grammar. Don’t read your story till you finish your writing. If you read back while you are writing, you have lost your idea. Idea will flow constantly when you focus. When you read back, your idea will put on hold and make your idea discreet on each paragraph. After you finish your idea transformation, you go to the next step, spelling and grammar. Don’t do spelling and grammar while you are writing. Your ideas will be lost. Trust me!

We follow them in all aspect of live; Business, Trade, Dollar and more. When they became leader, we also follow their daily activities.

When sun is come from east, Indonesian people wake up and going to work and do their daily activities, Americans are sleeping and enjoy their nice dreaming. They don’t need to know what happen in Indonesia. Otherwise; when night time comes, Indonesians must stay up night to know what happen in America. All people from world must know and continue learn what’s new there in America. Time Zone different makes us always see there even night time.

Indonesian bloggers also stay up at night, because many activities in internet are happening in night time (Indonesian time zone), we have already been following their activities. We stay up in day and night to follow American activities.

While many advertisers are located in America, Indonesian bloggers must follow their activities or they get no dollar.
Poor! That is the fact! If Indonesia is center of the world and all countries follow Indonesian work hours, I sure, Indonesian bloggers can sleep well in the night and Americans people will stay up in day to follow our activities.

Pretty Dazeree Blog

While I have unlimited internet connection, I have much time to browse, visit and make friends with others people throughout the world. I ever never visit others countries, but internet help me much, I can see kind people in cyber net. Thank to internet to realize my dream, associate with foreign people.

Today, I look around and visit The Sky's The Limit, blog authorized to Dazeree, Malaysian pretty girl. I don’t know much about him, but when I was reading some of her articles, I can made sense that not only a pretty girl but I have more than beautiful.

The Sky's The Limit talks about her journey and some rich information for us to know. Mostly, she posted and shared her journey in school, and her friends. She also posted rich information about business and how to make money. Nice blog! While writing her journey, she makes money. Two in one target! I wish it.

Share Opinion Before Die

Hit or Miss! Our slogan when we were young, actually teens. We (Our peer friends) were very naughty. Everyday, we look new enemies (others schools) for fight. That was our hobby; and I think it natural because we are teens.

I found the blog called Hit or Miss; reminded me to tell our journey when we were young. I have the same opinion with Hit or Miss Blog; we have to share our opinion before we day. I charm with his latest post, Posts You Should Write before You Die.

We has installed our brain, our heart with knowledge, information, environment behaviors, and now you should share it with others, or you should mix those knowledge and make new idea to bring world better. Blogging is actualization process, through blogging we share our opinion before we die, share our random opinion, maybe one of your opinions run better and affect to world.

Before you die, you should something better for you near environment, your family, neighbors, city and country even world. We die with peaceful and happy; people will remember your name now and forever.

Information and poverty

A stupid on Metropolis Opinion

We have been arriving in 21st century, as wee see; there are many people in our regions, neighbors still living in poverty. Those people can’t escaped and still turn to this conditions. There are two opinions why these phenomena still raise and still in near; first, natural condition and the second is structural condition. I put my opinion and focus on the second reason.

My lecture was said, poverty is caused by people have no accessed to information. He made a funny statement to us; why I brave and capable to teach you (student)? There is only one reason; because I know the information first. You have great natural talent; but if you don’t raise and development your brain cell with information, you are nothing. I know first because I read the information first, right! So I dare to teach you.

Most people (experts) said; poverty can be handled with information. If you have more access to information; education, you have more opportunity to labor force, you have more opportunity to get good job. Good job will give you more money.

I think you can read my opinion in the end, More money means, you are out from poverty.

The question, then goes to government regulations, how to give more access to citizens. Rich countries have more money, more budget allocation to education sector (they also have more attention and do make their citizens smarter and have free access to all information.

Poor countries are in problems. The governments still focus in high growth on industry sector, so education and information becomes unhanded well.

Bill Gates has been here in my country Indonesia, He try to donor; aid and help our people to escape from poverty. He said, internet goes to home is best way to make better future from our kids. We hope our president and his staff will catch this changing seriously.

I received an email from our president (I don’t know the email accuracy, because every day Many spamming, device and indirect email). The email came from the president’s email; he told that I am invited to the palace to realize Bill Gates visiting, Information pushes poverty.
