Positive Feetback When They Down and Up

I have new job for two week so far and this is my first job in real world. Previously I have no job experience in real job, otherwise. Most friends said to me, hey Jacky, please pick a real job for you so you will know how it works and you could use this for your improvement and establish your self. In the new environment, I found new things that I ever never did before. Positive feedback from my boss and many advices from my new friend helping me much to adaptation and to upgrade my skill, knowledge in my job.

Although my new position is so familiar with my skill and knowledge, I must spend some couple days to know well about my position, about my detail work. Boss said to me, you need 6 months here to know how my company works well! In my mind, I thought that it is impossible because too long. Every time when I visit my current job, boss always comes to my desk and checks it, and takes necessary correction. When no correction, he said, good Jacky! You have faster improvement, otherwise when some necessary corrections are taken, boss didn’t angry with me; he said good Jacky, you do well but you must more specific related to our company and he always praise me because only first correction is made and there is no second correction.
I also read about positive feedback in other blogs and I found best opinion and I remembered when I was kid, when I was in senior school with my peer group. No praise if we do best otherwise beautiful praise comes to my ear when I do worst or make mistake. Yupe! Many peer groups have the same style with ours. No praise or proficient if one of us do well, answer correct question from teacher but laughing is on when mistake answer I made.

Positive Feedback post by Fit Fuelers gave us advice, knowledge and opinion about bosses and their staff and new things how we take best action in job world we must do in our working environments. When your position as higher such as manager, what you should do to your staffs and when your position is lower, what you should you to your partner and boss. How we praise when they done their works with 100 percent perfect or praise when they failed their job, or unfinishing job in deadline.

For me, the story began from two months ago, but from my friend Boni, was began two years ago, Ryan began as same as me two months ago. In the beginning, all of our story came from Boni. He had many blogs and websites. I think it's about ten.
He then told both me and Ryan, make a blog, posting your writing there and registered to earn money from that. actually we were confused about here story. lately we believe after he saw to us the evidences.

In the beginning, Boni was telling me about her activity in marketiva. later then he explained us about his bag money in the internet, such as helium, ground report, reviewme, smorty and many more. Now he is focus on blogvertise
for us (Jacky and Ryan), the story were also a knowledge and also a great success story.
now I have make my own blogs. One of about Opinion of mine and another is about advertising and how to make money from blogging.

I guest, that I can be stand alone one day, but now I am still depending oh his because of my blogs aren't ready yet in traffic and also page rank. so now, I fight force to increase my traffic, linking to others.

To Stress Or Not To Stress - So What's The Question?

Stress. It's that six-letter word that manages to track us down and leave us with either a pounding headache or a glazed look in our eyes as we stare with absent abandon at the television screen. Stress can strike all age groups at the most unexpected times. Some people thrive on stress and others crumple at the smallest obstacle in their path. There's a happy medium to be found and ways of dealing with stress are as varied as the types of stress out there. You're certainly familiar with work stress. That's probably the most common reason for stress in the first place. But did you know that there is also relationship stress and child rearing stress?

Stress affects our body in many different ways. Just because you don't work on Wall Street doesn't mean you can't also suffer from stress in the home. Many mothers suffer from the daily stress of raising children and making sure that their kids stay on track. Does that make their stress any different from that experienced by a stockbroker? What about the stress caused by the need to pay bills with money you don't have? Stress is stress, no two ways about it. But stress caused by different factors can affect the body in different ways. Stress from a high pace job may result in ulcers while stress caused by daily child rearing activities can result in a pounding headache.

A certain amount of stress is actually good for us. It keeps us adaptable and on our toes, and prepares us to cope with unexpected events. Successfully dealing with stress can improve our health and self esteem. Stress is our body's way of reacting to pressures or responsibilities that may seem overwhelming. A first day on the job may be a huge stress for many people, while others thrive in the new experience and challenge. Stress is often capable of laying us low or causing depression if not addressed in a timely fashion. For some, stress is a part of daily living. At its most basic level, stress is our ancestral way of dealing with danger. We react to stress in a 'fight or flight' response, and for the most part, it's merely dealing with new situations in a calm, rational manner. For some, stress initiates an accelerated heartbeat, sweaty palms and trembling hands. Those symptoms are caused by adrenaline being pumped into your bloodstream. Even if the situation isn't dangerous, glucose and fatty acids are also increased, in order to provide our body with adequate levels of energy just in case we need to make a quick escape.

Most stressful situations, at least those encountered on a daily basis, won't require a dash to escape, even though you may want to. Finding ways to deal with stress in your own way, one that works for you, is the key to managing stress before symptoms start to affect your health. Too much stress is bad for you, so it's up to you to determine how best to relieve your stress so you can enjoy your life.

The next time you encounter stress, stop. Find a place where you can be alone (whether it's your cubicle, the water cooler, in your car or in the bathroom). Just find a place, shut your eyes and breathe in deeply. Listen to your body. Feel the physical sensations as your breath moves in and out. Focus your attention inward. Try to relax. Every breath you take in can relax another muscle, another joint, another cell membrane. Spend a few moments in stillness. When you open your eyes, you will be surprised at how refreshed you will feel.

What is beyond Soros Success

Actually I am amazed with George Soros. A greatest global financier and philanthropist are in the world. I praise for his philosophy, hardworking in the past and the most important is his faith. I’ve read this book (Indonesian version, but I just forget the title). He started his book with his great faith statement. He said (taken from bible) if people believe with their heart and faith, you can order the mountain to move, the mountain will obey you. But in reality, we might to move that mountain. We can do by work and transfer the mountain. In other word, if you want to pass away from examination, you have to study. There is no way to success but working hard. George Soros have been done it.

Next chapter in his book, his master, Karl Proper gave much effect on his life. He believe that there is no perfect world, people are continuing and changing their life as same as world changing. I have a little respect to him as financier and philanthropist because that is purpose. What beyond his success is important to us, so we can also success together.
