Positive Feetback When They Down and Up

I have new job for two week so far and this is my first job in real world. Previously I have no job experience in real job, otherwise. Most friends said to me, hey Jacky, please pick a real job for you so you will know how it works and you could use this for your improvement and establish your self. In the new environment, I found new things that I ever never did before. Positive feedback from my boss and many advices from my new friend helping me much to adaptation and to upgrade my skill, knowledge in my job.

Although my new position is so familiar with my skill and knowledge, I must spend some couple days to know well about my position, about my detail work. Boss said to me, you need 6 months here to know how my company works well! In my mind, I thought that it is impossible because too long. Every time when I visit my current job, boss always comes to my desk and checks it, and takes necessary correction. When no correction, he said, good Jacky! You have faster improvement, otherwise when some necessary corrections are taken, boss didn’t angry with me; he said good Jacky, you do well but you must more specific related to our company and he always praise me because only first correction is made and there is no second correction.
I also read about positive feedback in other blogs and I found best opinion and I remembered when I was kid, when I was in senior school with my peer group. No praise if we do best otherwise beautiful praise comes to my ear when I do worst or make mistake. Yupe! Many peer groups have the same style with ours. No praise or proficient if one of us do well, answer correct question from teacher but laughing is on when mistake answer I made.

Positive Feedback post by Fit Fuelers gave us advice, knowledge and opinion about bosses and their staff and new things how we take best action in job world we must do in our working environments. When your position as higher such as manager, what you should do to your staffs and when your position is lower, what you should you to your partner and boss. How we praise when they done their works with 100 percent perfect or praise when they failed their job, or unfinishing job in deadline.
