Special technique when I was writing
Before I tell my special technique in writing, teach by my teacher when I was Senior High School, I would like to make a parable, metaphor about this.
My friend had a unique technique when he ate. He bent down his face, seen his plate with food inside and start to eat without upward his face. He just ate till all food in his plate cleared. That’s all. He told that he must focus and concentrated in everything include eating. If you concentrate, whatever how much your breakfast, lunch and dinner, all food will be cleared up.
The case is happened to us when we learned or read a book. How did we understand faster? The only one is raised; we have concentrated on it and didn’t think about anything except our book we read, don’t you!
My teacher was right. I used the same case to upgrade our writing talent. He had some best tools and I remembered two tools till now because it worked to me;
1. Don’t upward your face. If you start to write, just write anything. Don’t think about others. Let your ideas flows to your pen. Don’t stop writing and don’t upward your face, and don’t look around. If you not focus, your story (writing) and idea will useless and have no correlation to each paragraph.
2. Don’t read your story before you finish your writing. This is working best to me till now. If you make error in grammar, don’t correct it, let it be. You must correct your grammar error in next step, Spelling and Grammar. Don’t read your story till you finish your writing. If you read back while you are writing, you have lost your idea. Idea will flow constantly when you focus. When you read back, your idea will put on hold and make your idea discreet on each paragraph. After you finish your idea transformation, you go to the next step, spelling and grammar. Don’t do spelling and grammar while you are writing. Your ideas will be lost. Trust me!
