Indonesian awaking day

Today Indonesians celebrate the anniversary of Indonesian awaking day which declaration in 1908 by Dr. Soetomo. I think Indonesians awaking day is the same as Kun-Koch-Klan in America.

What beyond on Indonesian awaking day? When 1908, Dr. Soetomo declaration awaking day, Indonesians started to unite, stick together to fight against their enemy, Netherlands. Before Dr. Soetomo declared it, Indonesians are divided into local and small kingdom. They fought it traditionally and it easy to destroy by Netherlands.

Beyond Soetomo, Indonesian has new vision to get freedom. Indonesians didn’t have gun as main machine to battle but Indonesians has their idea, their mouth in diplomacy.

Through united, it is easier to freedom from colonialism, and proven at 17^th august 1945.

Today, we celebrate back those heroes. We just not remember back their memorized, but we must stick together every time, every mind, idea to make Indonesia better. Our daily live must filled a vision to bring back Indonesian to worldwide so they will say; Indonesia is biggest countries, superpower in all aspects.

We must fill our daily live with something useful to our countries, like them. Indonesians must forget their fanatic, cultures, religions, islands, so they can associate with each other, to build Indonesia become big country, wealth, and peace. We must show them that Indonesia have great cultures as our proud not a gap.
