Give a praise when necessary
Behaviors when we were teens and behaviors in working environment are two different types. I agree with the Positive Feedback article, that we have old tradition when we give a positive trackback to our friend, worker partner, to our staff from our boss. Positive feedback told that when we were young, we only praised or gave positive statement when one of your friends did something stupid things.
I have an opinion; because of teen’s environment, we have no basic personality or individuality, and at the era, we still find it anytime. At the era, we also try to show our integrity to somebody and to show the world who we are. Positive feedback didn’t give us the reason why we did praise to friends when stupid action happened. Positive feedback only told our teenagers phenomena and no objective case, only general look.
When one friend gave wrong answer from teacher’s question, we laughed in the class even tomorrow and anytime we remembered. Once again, that is true, if no positive praise from friends when we did wrong action and no positive applause when we did correct action. Children still is naughty boys and still keep the memory. They will happy when stupid things do. They only need a praise and the unfortunately, the praise will come if wrong action is made.
In working environment, we can’t do like we were. Why? Because in business (working environment) if we do wrong or bad things, our company will gain bad result, and this opinion isn’t included in positive feedback article. Company (Boss) hopes we still do best in order to get positive correlation with company image.
So when we do best doing, Boss or friends give us applause or praise. Otherwise, necessary correction is taken when we did wrong job but no punishment inside the necessary correction. We don’t want our staff down too long if we took some punishment against his/her wrong job, because we pay them monthly and that is huge money.
