They have to go to the Family temple, and the central temple (Pura)bring “banten”(is some like Canang but more bigger) but banten normally they put in the temples only for each family of Hindu Darma adorn for the God.

Before Galungan in Bali people call is “penampahan, penampahan is mean to cut the meat for celebration, Galungan; normally in Bali the will cut some pig with all the big family, and they will share the meat of the pig with the Family this is normally job for Man and Boy from each of Family before “Galungan” from the meat of pig that they share, the boy and the man in Bali they will make Balinese special food they call “Lawar” this food special normally they will cook when they have some celebration day only , why they must cut pig because in Bali Pig is symbolic of lazy, and the must destroy the lazy feeling, because from lazy can destroyed every think.

After they finish “Penampahan” the boy and the man Balinese they will make some decoration for celebration “Galungan” the will make decoration in Family temples and the street in the street the decoration the call is “Penjor” this is make from stick of Bamboo, and they use come young coconut leaf for the decoration some another leaf is mean that “Galungan” have come, beside of the “penjor” they will make all so some place for Canang and Banten all so from bamboo. For the Girl and the woman they will make preparation for “Banten and Canang, they will make decoration for “Banten and Canang, so tomorrow is easier to take the” Banten and Canang “for the temple for Praying with all the family, because in Bali the not only come to family temple but they will go to The ancestor temple of family also, this make good in Bali they still now all they family although is very far away.
