Chapter Three, Shadow Price becomes Real Price

I remember my lecture, Dr. Budiono. Now he is the top men Governor of Indonesian Reserve Bank (Gubernur Bank Sentral Indonesia). He was belonging to Classic Economist Thought till he was Minister of Economic Coordinator (Menko Ekoin). He used classic thought to his economic plan, but it wasn’t work. He understood well why politics had bigger power on economic. So we put his old mind and he learned much about political economic and institutional economic with others lecture in our university. Dr. Wihana said to us in his class.

While Budiono is running to political and institutional economic; why economist (on the TV program) is still in his pure economic environment?

I respect on his mind and opinion, tried to describe new ideas for better Indonesia but he forgot many thing.

Shadow price describe the real price after external factors we put in it, mix it and analysis and we find new price, so stop think shadow and real price. Shadow price on Oil Price had became real price.

Stop Debate and let us think how to make increase our people Purchasing Power Parity when Oil Price becomes high! The Policy has been legalized and agree or not we must support it because each policy makes itself controversial.
