Planning New House for Young Family
Last week, we made a simple discussion about future planning, buy a house. We talked too much about it. My friend told his dream about his house in Jogjakarta, and I planed a simple house in my village, Waibalun.
Actually, we are still single; no settle down yet, although I am 28 and my friend is 35 years old. Planning a family is not a simple one like create a blog, haahahaha. I know well about our destiny, human destiny, reproduction and family is a pre condition to make our destiny. We reached a conclusion, simple conclusion about how to plan a house.
1. First at all, there are two options for us. Buy a house or buy a land then build our home. Buy a house is a simple method but it is too expensive and sometimes not compatible with our design. We actually choose the second one, buy a land then build our home slowly according to our financial.
2. Buy a land or buy a house is a best investment because land price is still increase in years. Our indicator is where our houses are build, Taxes Rate, Land Price and Public Facilities.
3. This is our plan for buying a land. Actually we haven’t enough money for cash. So we start to save our money. For example, if land price in Waibalun is $ 10 USD per meter square and I need 100 meters square, then I make a plan that every two week I must save my money is equal to one meter square. Its means, at least I need 50 weeks to realize my plan or at least one year I can buy the land for my peaceful house.
4. Planning a house, you must consult with your friend, parents or expert consultant buy in my opinion, whatever you home later, you must determine from now that when you married, do you plan for big family or small family? Big family means you need bigger house and otherwise when you select the small family.
5. Tax Rate. Indonesians don’t look the tax rate as a consideration where they buy or build their house. So we don’t put tax rate as your consideration.
