Future investment on Jacky’s Opinion

I have three friends with unique opinions about future investment. Actually there many unique opinions from them nut I choose three of my friend’s opinion as I confess as a great opinion and unique and extreme.

Friends A:
He said, ‘In my opinion, future investment means financial freedom. I don’t need work in office and to do something for wasting my time for money. I get my income without working because I have invested before. That time, I just get those results. Many dollar come to my’. In my opinion, his opinion is great and maybe he had been read rich dad poor dad many times and the book inspired him. Most people wish it. In the 45 – 60 years old, they can leisure otherwise; money comes alone to their account. People like this, will spent their elder happiest because their work in the past, feed them all, their family.

Friend B:
He said, ‘in my opinion, future investment means secure active. I will buy a land, property as my future investment. You know that people become huge and the demand on land or property increasing alone. In metropolitan, property prices grow significantly. Buy a house in metropolitan means best change otherwise; I will do it in a village because of lower price and I believe in near future, village become city as developments.’
In my opinion, land and property investment is also best change. Land becomes expensive, scarce and will become rebutted. Investment on land and property will give us high return but the same time we can use the land or property as our living and house. In my place, many city men invest (buy land and property). So our property business rises so well. A village in the past and now becomes a real estate.

Friend C:
He said, ‘I prefer friend B opinion and his future investment. But in my opinion I will invest my future asset on gold. We know well about gold prices, higher in every time. As friend’s B opinion, Land and Gold is best. I choose gold because Gold is more fluently than land. So if I need fresh cash, it is easier to replace my gold to dollar than land.’
In my opinion, buying gold is also an alternative option for future investment. While gold we use as status maker like jewelry, gold can be used as permanent asset but more liquid than land or property and gold is easy to keep and bring. Home is a permanent investment till somebody buys it.

Lastly, in my opinion, those future investment is best. Those options are free choose based on your core business. If I must choose one, I prefer land or property because land is only decreasing if people also decrease. If people increase in quantity, land becomes scarce and the price still goes on and on.
