High PR or High Quality

In recent years, make money or earn money become trends in many countries. Too many tools and websites provide this services. people fight force to increase their PR (Page Rank) in order to qualified the advertiser's requirement. but they (blogger) forget what beyond.
Advertiser needs high PR to put their advertising. so the trend is change, increase their PR with many tools, but the quality of these blogs not increase in the same way.

There are two kind of people.. The first one is people who fight in PR, not in Quality to earn money, the other one is Higher Quality and PR in same way.
all they do, money is their target,...
but how marketing strategic learn us? all purposes of marketing strategic is How to stop tour consumer in your store, right? but if no good items are brought, that is the problems, right..
advertiser purpose is make potential buyers become actual buyers on their product. if your store are in the strategic location/place, but your store is really bad, no quality product, no more information. that's the trouble.
finally, increase both of your PR and Quality Blogs.......
